This industrial strength ESD anti-static workbench / work table includes bench, footrest, uprights, 6" shelf, electrical channel, parts cup rail and overhead economy light.
The bench surfaces are 1 inch thick with T-Mold Edges, Standard and ESD Available (laminated back edge for accessory options). 1000-lb. load capacity when evenly distributed. There is fixed height of 30 inches with available options to purchase leg extenders for additional height purposes - see part number QV-1004099 for leg extenders.
Powder Coat Finished. Assembly instructions and hole pattern templates are provided for easy assembly and add-on accessory options. ESD option includes a single ground stud and a 10-ft. ground cord.

The Quick Value 4-Leg Workbench is comprised of two (2) “H” Frame legs on each side of the bench – two legs are connected with a beam offering extra support, creating the “H” frame. These legs include floor glides for leveling and mobility. The front and rear heavy-gauge top support beams allow for 1000 lbs. of weight when evenly distributed.
The worksurface is laminated over industrial-grade particle board to a full 1” thick; hole patterns for installation are laid out in a sealed underside for easy installation. Each workbench has available options for ESD and includes single ground studs and a 10-ft. ground cord. Topping this all off with an squared front edge, with T-Mold edging for durability within tough environments.
Uprights:
48 inch height frame-mounted uprights with included hardware and mounting template exclusively for our 4-Leg Workbench. Uprights are constructed of 1-5/8 inches of heavy-duty square channel steel with 250-lb. load capacity when evenly distributed. Uprights are powder coat painted to match the color choice of your workbench; make sure to check color match.
Upper Shelf:
Upper-Shelf made specifically for the Quick Value Uprights part number #QV-08713-0001. Shelves mount to the uprights with provided brackets that double as shelf book ends. - mount to part number #QV-08713-0001. Weight capacity is 100 lbs., evenly distributed. Shelves are powder coat painted to match the color of your Quick Value uprights - part number #QV-08713-0001; make sure to review color match.
Bin Rail:
The Bin Rail is an accessory option for the Quick Value Uprights Part #QV-08713-0001. Expands the full width of the bench and accepts industry standard parts cup.
Electrical Channel:
48 inches in length with eight 15 amp (8) Power outlets and a 6 foot cord. Constructed of eight (8) gauge Aluminum. Meets UL 1363 standards and are CSA approved.
Overhead Light:
Overhead light is an accessory option for the Quick Value Workbench Uprights Part #QV-080713-0001. Hardware is included with the light and the attachment brackets and beam for the light are painted Black. The light includes an on/off switch located on the 8-ft power cord. The prismatic diffuser offers the widest angle of light diffusion. Accepts two (2) energy-efficient fluorescent tubes (not included).
Footrest:
Footrest brackets are painted to selected choice and the footrest has a silver finish. Non-Skid tape along the top side of the footrest for foot security. Footrest has a Heavy Duty Tubular Design and adjusts front to rear. Hardware for easy installation is included.
