These tables are manufactured with strict quality standards and provide versatile platforms to efficiently handle the most demanding material handling tasks. These ergonomically designed, versatile and heavy duty benches are the beginning foundation to increasing your output, while maintaining aesthetic and overall functionality.

Manufactured in the USA by industry leading IAC Industries, these benches feature a four-leg steel frame including 48” uprights. This product line includes a wide selection of accessory options that improve operator workflow, while increasing the speed of operator through-put. Each bench, standard with uprights, also include leg extenders that provide 30”-36” of adjustment; allowing seated or standing positions for all operator heights. Each feature and accessory is a testament of IAC’s commitment to operator ergonomics and overall comfort.

Each station includes a pre-inserted worksurface for easy assembly and reconfiguration, 180 degree ergonomically designed rolled front edge, with the rear edge of worksurface flush with the back frame. This benches heavy duty 2” by 2” C-Channel Tube Frame with welded pedestal construction is rated at 1000 lbs. load capacity when evenly distributed and accepts a multitude of accessory options.

Packaging Station Frame and Bench Legs:

The Packaging Station is comprised of two (2) “H” Frame legs on each side of the bench – two legs are connected with a beam offering extra support, creating the “H” frame. These legs include bolted on heavy-duty leg extenders, with floor glides, offering various worksurface/top heights. These adjustable legs offer a standard height of 30"; with adjustments to 32", 34", and 36" high – all 2” increments. The front and rear heavy-gauge top support beams allow for 1000 lbs. of weight when evenly distributed. The “H” Frame support beam is engineered to accept under the worksurface accessories that improve overall production, specifically packaging or shipping requirement applications. These accessory options include a middle and/or lower shelf, with shelf divider options. Also included are lower paper roll holders and caster options.

This bench includes two (2) 48” high UniStrut uprights that attach to the back of the bench frame; these uprights allow infinite adjustability of above the worksurface accessories. These uprights are constructed of 1-5/8” heavy-duty square channel with 250 lbs. evenly distributed overall combined weight capacity. These uprights accept All Packaging Station accessories that are above the worksurface, please ensure that you are adding “Packaging Station” accessories when building your bench.

The worksurface is laminated over industrial-grade particle board to a full 1-1/4” thickness; metal threaded inserts are installed in a sealed underside for easy installation and long term strength and durability. Included with this product is assembly hardware to be used with the pre-installed threaded inserts for easy assembly and high-strength connections. 

Worksurface/Tops:

Packaging Station (PS) tops include lengths of 60" and/or 72" with a standard depth of 30” to 36”. Each bench configuration will support 1500 lbs. when evenly distributed. All PS tops are standard 1-1/4" worksurface thickness using 1-3/16" commercial grade particle board and Postform grade melamine plastic laminate that is applied under pressure; 180° rolled front edge is standard. Important for you to note is that these worksurfaces come standard with pre-inserted threads that provide strength, durability and easy assembly and future retrofit.
